Areas of Unrest

18 December 2006 - Hot Chocolate

I was going to whine about being tired and stressed and rant about the deterioration of customer service in our age, but that wouldn't be of much interest to anybody, including myself.

So, instead, let me sing the praises of hot chocolate. Specifically, the Aztec hot chocolate mix made by Lake Champlain Chocolates, which I bought at Whole Foods a few weeks back. There are few things as restorative as a leisurely cup of thick and rich drinking chocolate. What makes this chocolate so magical is that it has cinnamon and cayenne in it. The latter gives it a bit of bite but makes it all the more warming. It also keeps one from drinking it too quickly, making the whole experience even more relaxing.

Whining can wait.
